The Scanner Advance Exchange Program (AEP) is a one-year service plan designed for organizations that want to bypass onsite scanner repairs or support field branches outside of major metropolitan service areas by replacing your document imaging equipment through next-day delivery.


Return-to-Depot Repairs

If an onsite resolution is not viable we will repair and return your equipment to you in like-new condition. Our repair facility features the latest in diagnostic tools and has a vast inventory of spare parts that enable our technicians to quickly repair your scanner.

In the event a scanner cannot be repaired over the telephone, a replacement scanner will be shipped next day overnight. Simply send the broken scanner back, using the packaging from the replacement scanner.
