  • Growing Managed Services Provider just outside of Columbus in search of a Sales Person

    We help clients to do what they do best, focus on growing their business and running their operations. Our managed services platform takes away the IT headaches and worries of clients making sure their servers, desktop systems, network, firewalls are secure maintained, backed-up, redundant and running right.

    You will find small to medium sized local businesses whom will benefit from our services. Identify key decision makers, understand their technology needs, set appointments to demonstrate our technology, via in person or web meeting (sales engineers are readily avail to help you); quote solution costs, answer questions, close sales and manage the implementation to ensure client satisfaction.

    Successful candidates will have an outbound mentality be very comfortable talking to anyone at any level about how our awesome technology services will benefit their organization.

    You should have heavy sales experience and some technical prowess. And we will provide you with formal training and a support team that guarantees you have the knowledge and full support to be successful.

  • Solution selling of B2B enterprise hardware software cloud solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ability to cold-call, network and generate demand to build a viable pipeline of prospective clients, filter down to leads, demonstrate, quote, close and pass over to implementation team.
  • Develop new business through prospecting
  • Identify client decision-maker(s), build strong executive relationships and build trust in order to win opportunities.
  • Understand clients' needs, communicate the features and benefits and demonstrate the impact and value/ROI of our products and services.
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all related products and services that include hardware, software, and services in order to meet or exceed annual sales and revenue objectives.
  • Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of the value proposition.
  • Represent Company at outside events (i.e. trade shows, conferences, association meetings).
  • Travel may be required occasionally based on business need
  • Interface with Implementation Team, System Engineers, and Directors in developing specific account strategy.
  • Understand inner working of the products and present this knowledge to customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead cultivation, initial customer engagement to closed sale.
  • Update CRM and other internal tracking systems.
  • Interaction with C-level Executives.
  • Communicate effectively both over the phone and in person with clients' high-level decision makers.
  • Understand our vision, strategy, and key customer initiatives.
  • Ability to accept a "no" move on to the next lead and not get discouraged. You will go through days where you put in a lot of effort, and results don't happen. Consultative based sales can take time so having the ability to get up the next day with a fresh positive mindset and overcome the "no's" will be key.
  • College Degree is NOT required if the candidate possesses equivalent level of technical sales experience or is very highly motivated.
  • General Knowledge of IT related security and best practices.
  • Candidates with previous sales experience in I.T. or Telecommunications Services preferred
  • BA/BS or Technical Sales Certification (preferred not required)
  • Compensation for this position includes a Base plus commissions. The Base will range from $30K – 40K with a solid commission program, based on Gross profits. Commissions are 1 time and residual based enabling top performers to make three times this amount.
