ExpressLobby

Allow quick and easy no-contact mobile check-in using ExpressLobby. Customers scan a QR code or enter a location code to check-in. The customer waits outside or in their vehicle until they receive a notification text to enter the building. This helps limit the number of visitors in your building and keeps you in compliance.

Appointments

True online appointment scheduling is now available with LobbyManager. You can define your availability in days or hourly blocks and customers can book an appointment online selecting a time and date of their choosing. On the day of the appointment, the customer can check-in with ExpressLobby.

Callback Queue

Give your call center some relief from the increased customer service load by using our Callback Queue. Customers can fill out a short web form to request a call from an employee, eliminating frustrating hold times, and improving overall customer experience. No more long call times waiting on hold!
